Starbucks Coffee Daily!

Many people walk into school each and every morning with the same drink from Starbucks. Do you view people differently if they come to school each morning with Starbucks in their hands? Starbucks is not exactly cheap and having it every day before school can be very costly. On average, a grande drink from Starbucks in around $4. If you have it everyday, 180 school days, you are spending around $720 on Starbucks coffee for the entire year. That is a huge amount of money just for Starbucks. If you get Venti sizes, the cost will go up even more. So tell me, how do you view people who walk into school every morning with Starbucks in their hands?

WOW! When you actually think about the cost, its crazy. Imagine if you were a working parent and you bought starbucks for yourself everyday, all year long, the cost would sky rocket. You would be spending more than one thousand dollars on coffee a year.
I usually do not notice starbucks in our school. So many kids have it. Its common for 2-3 people in my adviosry to have starbucks a day. I have never really thought about the expenses, but now I am sure that I will notice it and on the inside be thinking, "Wow, what is that, the 4 day in a row they have bought starbucks? They must be going through money in a hurry."
Also, its interesting to think what people living in our area and going to our school manage to spend hundreds of dollars on (coffee). Other families in not as fortunate areas would use that money to pay for the essentials and the necessary items for living.

Woah, reading what you said about the Starbucks thing is pretty crazy. But the thing is that not everbody who comes into the school with starbucks doesn' get it everyday. If you were to see the same person every morning with a starbucks drink in her hand, you could assume that they don't mind spending that much money on starbucks every year. I know that coffee is expensive, but if some people want to spend their money on buying coffee everyday, that's what they want to do and that is how they decide to spend their money. I dont think that you would have to look at these people in other certain way, because it is just their lifestyle.
